1997 VW golf/jetta/cabrio (mk3)
So right now I'm using a Crescendo 1000c4 for my whole setup. Stock electrical and some generic battery in the front that I forget. Channels 3 and 4 are bridged for my sub and then 1 and 2 for my comps.
I was thinking about whenever I want to upgrade, I'd get another SA12 (2 total) and then some type of monoblock 1500rms or lower at 1 ohm. Most likely an AQ1200. I know I would then have to upgrade my 4 gauge power and ground to 0 gauge and do the BIG 3. I don't know how far that would get me though.
Right now the car has a 90alt amp but I can grab a 120alt from the gti version of my car. That's a little extra boost and the alts are cheap on the community site of fellow people who own volkswagens.
I know there are many others on this website with the same car as me so I would like to hear what you have done. This will be daily listening.
