the shape of the fiberglass work for my box will be in the shape of a ice cream cone. what would be the best type of fiberglass mat to use with this shape of enclsoure. and am i right when i think the "dip-the-strip" method would be the best way to lay it for this shape.

First use kittyhair on the tip of the cone. Then just get your hand inside there and stab at it with your paintbrush.

yea, use some chip brushes (cheap paint brushes)
