What tuning?

I am building a new 2.1-2.2 cubic foot ported box and wanna know what i should tune it to. It will be behind hte driver seat in my access cab tundra and the port will be facing the ceiling. Right now I have a 12" tc-9 getting 850 watts, but may later upgrade to a 12" BTL getting around 1500 watts, and would like to keep the same box. I listen to a lot of rock as well as rap. As far as rap goes I listen to a lot of lil wayne, jeezy, yung joc, and stuff like that. Also what should i go with as far as port area? SPL is more important than SQ to me, but i dont want to tune it ridiculously high.
