What Tuning Frequency!!

Well it seems i have myself in a little predicament.

Im in the process of acquiring a 15 Inch 06 L7 and running it off a eD Nine.1 for 1200 or so watts rms... but when it comes to tuning frequency i have no idea what to aim for.. whats a good tuning frequency for these subs?

I listen to 90% rap music, so thats what im aiming for.. im stuck between 32 hz or 35 hz? it seems everyone and there mother uses 35 hz tuning but im a fan of the lows, AKA young jeezy.. lil scrappy, e-40.. etc etc, songs like that... so which is better overall? 32 or 35?
