nuthn big.... a screw driver to attatch the basket... ummm soldering iron for the t-leads and some glue..... and make your own vc shim out of card stock paper

recone kit or build up? I usually buy motors and recone them myself.

the list varies greatly.

I have used but not limited to:

a butt-ton of clothespins, spring clamps, or a properly sized surround ring

Screwdriver #2 head

thread break

thread lock

angle grinder

respirator

shim material

CA glue

CA glue de-bonder

CA glue accelerator

pick set (coil picker)

blue painter's tape

lazy susan (made to spin the sub in place)

I'm sure there are more items.

you can mill out the ID of a pipe...lol or use paper like most folks... all it does is hold the vc straight for a few hrs..
