what tools needed to make a sub

Well, Is it extremely difficult to build a sub from just a motor? I would be interested in trying. What are all the parts I need and would this end up being cheaper?
recone kit or build up? I usually buy motors and recone them myself.

the list varies greatly.

I have used but not limited to:

a butt-ton of clothespins, spring clamps, or a properly sized surround ring

Screwdriver #2 head

thread break

thread lock

angle grinder

respirator

shim material

CA glue

CA glue de-bonder

CA glue accelerator

pick set (coil picker)

blue painter's tape

lazy susan (made to spin the sub in place)

I'm sure there are more items.

soldering iron

solder
