What to use to seal door?

What material are you using to seal up the big holes in your door? Im about to sound deaden my doors but don't know what to use. I live in a small town so would walmart have anything i could use? And is there any other way to attach it other than screws?

Sheet metal with screws and sound deadener over it. I'd probably run a weatherstrip or some type of closed cell foam around the area to make sure it doesn't rattle.

I dont think i can find that locally. And i don't think i would be able to cut it. i read about some people using cardboard with deadener on both sides but i don't know if that would be strong enough?
