What to tune the box to

How many hertz should I tune a box that has two 15" kicker comps. I am looking for loud but sounding the best that two comp can sound(not that great but there free)

35hz is the basic standard tuning. Tuning lower will yield better SQ while tuning higher will yield higher SPL, and lower SQ in return.

I normally tune my boxs to 32hz.
