What to play for breaking in?

I am installing my 15" SDC2.5 tomorrow. Any ideas on what to play to warm the sub up, and how much time I should get on it before I blast it. Also, should I do anything with the low pass filters and subsonic filters on my amplifier, I have the AQ 1200D.

crank every thing all the way up . if you see smoke it means you need to play it louder . after that you will have a well brokenin sub

just leave the sub sonic up kinda high, dont play it over about an inch total excursion at first

The AQ has a stiff suspension, you can play anything to break it in, it won't matter how loud you play it, but it will sound like shit if you try to turn it up all the way when it isn't broken in. I'm sure you won't be a fan of it sounding like ***, so you'll turn it down. As long as you do that, it'll be fine.

I dont think it matters, i know for my Warden, i was told to play at atleast 70% of xmax for 4 hours. ITs still not completely broken in.
