what to choose

im thinking of upgrading my subs to either 2 boston G5 12s or one IDmax12. Im looking for the best sound quality while being loud as well, doesnt have to be crazy thoe...

I got a box for two 12 already so buyins the idmax would include more work but wouldnt mind if it is for the better.....

what do u guys think .??

The 2 Bostons are going to get louder for the simple fact they would be moving twice as much air, thats if you have them in the correct box with the right amount of power goin to them. They would still sound great too as long as the install is good.

That's dependent on whether he can send equal power to each sub verses to the single. I have read that other folks think the IDMax is very musical, so I would personally lean that way...
