It's all about wiring. The model number is Hfi12D4. You can wire to .5 (around 1ohm after impedance rise), or 2ohm (2.5-3ohm after rise).SVCs willgive you 1ohm (1.5-2 after rise)

Number of coils has nothing to do with power handling capability.

Only 4 SVCs will "wire" to 1ohm.

Seriously, pay attention and maybe you will start to get it. 4 d4 subs can only got to .5 or 2 ohm. I wouldn't recommend going .5 ohm on that amp though. Single 4 can go to 4 ohm or 1 ohm (you want 1 ohm)

wtf are you talking about, that amp is a mono amp. Go to bestbuy as suggested above, I don't want you blowing up your alternator/battery
