What subwoofers to get?

I have an MA audio hk1998 1200 watt amp, and I am looking for some subwoofers. My original RF he2's are all ****ed up. I was thinking about getting two kicker solo barick L5's, but is my amp compatible with these subwoofers, and is it too weak to maximize the bass i can get from the L5s? Thanks

what is your amp stable at...

i can get you a pair of memphis HPO 12'' subwoofers for 200 + shipping. they are descent woofers and will take 1200 watts RMS between the 2 daily (in the right enclosure).

they would be dual 4 ohm though. dunno if that is compatible with your amp.

thanks but I think my amp is 2 ohm stable. Will the L5s work though? Does anyone know of anything else?

Its 2 ohm stable.

600W each for L5's is giving them there RMS

That is for a 12 though
