I'm looking at two JL10w3v3's or two 10" Alpine type r's or two Soundsplinter 10"s. I'm not shot up the @ss with diamonds but want to have some nice tight bass.

here, check this out....the Massive CW 12's....they're great performers and even can be re-coned if needed by yourself if you ever blow it...so no need to ever ship it back to the company.....just something to consider, so check it out below :

I need something smaller than a 12 cause I'm stuffing them into a small box that'll fit under the seat in my King cab Titan. I'm also looking at the Alpine x-10 as well

Im gonna be honest, those are some of the coolest looking subs! The blue thingy is so tight! And yes I know these are some pretty technical terms I use i.e. thingy.

do you not like diamonds are do you just have them already and are just looking for a change of pace? the soundsplinters would be your best bet for sq, im guessing your looking at the rl-i? if you went for the rl-p i think it would be the hands down winner in sql and get almost as loud as the r.
