What specs are important

I am looking for a new cd player. I plan to add a system with a 2000 - 3000 watt amplifier (havent decided yet). I was told that the preamp voltage is whats important if adding a system. Is this true? What else could be important? Subwoofer settings, etc.....?????

Wow! I'm actually asking a question and not getting any responses. Then there are people asking "what cd player should I get for under $395 but over $172 and must have front usb and has to shine green with a motorized face and it has to be the BEST"....and these people receive answers..............bs

Honestly just find a deck that you like, make sure it doesnt ****, and you'll be just fine. 90% of decks these days will easily do what you're asking. Just avoid dual and Insignia and that shit.
