Alpine Iva-W205 Dvd Player Not Working?

I just got a bran new Alpine Iva-W205 and we installed it and it works. We try to put a dvd in and the screen just turns black and the dvd wont play.

Any Suggestion?

Perhaps it's the bypass module. Are using a TR7? Maybe it's not wired correctly or it's just bad.

Are you getting any kind of message, like "Disc Error"?

I fixed it just got some wires mixed up...
