Can someone just answer me? Why does alpine offer only 4-volt when eclipse offers up to 8-volt

Its not really important and definitely shouldnt be a deciding factor on your headunit.

As far as features pick the ones you like and will use.

A larger band of EQ is great to have. A deck that just pitches "low" "mid" and "high" won't do the trick.

Make sure it's user friendly, as that shit can get annoying.
