What speakers/midbass to power these bad boys?

Hey guys, really new to the forum, and would just like to see if I can get any input on what you guys think I should use to power my upcoming setup....

2 RE XXX 10

2 RE 12.1

So far I have no mid-bass at all... and some really really really old MB Quart tweeters....

Should I get just some new mid-bass? Or should I get the whole package? Also what brands / model #s are good to match up with my subs? thanks so much.

What's your budget? And what size speakers are you looking for? And I presume you are going to be powering these with an external amplifier ?
