What speakers do I want?

I don't want components, I have a 98 malibu and I want to put new 6x9's in the back and upgrade my 4x6 to 5.25s in the front doors. My budget is about 250$ shipped for both, what would you guys recommend (I'll be putting about 90x4 into them)
