what speakers and tweeters

okay i just bought a set of eclipse crossovers they are model number 8052 and they are 2 way.......what kind of speakers do i need now....im going to make like my own comp. set. do i need like coaxils or what and what is agood set of tweeters..... i would like to keep it farily cheap like 120 bucks for the tweets and the speakers. thanxs

well depends on the amp your going to be running? seems like you just want a pair of coaxials to me. if you really wanted to go all out for that $120. it all depends on your budget for the amp. cause you might run mids and tweets with that crossover. all depends. what amp do you have?

you dont buy a set of passive crossovers designed for a specific component set and try to mate different drivers to it....basically wasted your money buying them, and wont get full potential of whatever drivers you use

Going to have to agree with 3.5Max here.

Typically a bad idea to try to mate different speakers to a prebuilt passive like that. It may work if you use the same impedance drivers, but chances are you won't extract full performance out of the drivers.
