what rms for FI BL

What rms should i put to my FI BL 12. I was told 1600 but somone else said that was to much.

you wont get 1600 out of your hifonics amp most likely so you should be ok.

just dont have the gain all the way up

The RMS of the BL is 1000 watts.

yea but so is the rms on the q. i put 1200 on each of my q's with no problems. with full options the bl should be fine up to 1500.

Yeah with options the BL is safe at 1600 I belive. go and check out the FI forum theres a lot of useful information that you might be able to use there.
