What program for MP3 Quality?

Is there a program out there that will create all my MP3 to the 192 bitrate? Because most of em are like 128, 200 something, etc. some of them sound nasty and would want them to have a good quality in em. What program will select all my MP3s and fix em?

all the cd's i used from like torrent sites the quality is so shitty, with a reg cd i could play it at 20 and its loud with these i have to play it at 28 or so, so what is a good torrent site to use

You will never get true CD quality from an mp3 file.

that cdex is just if u have an audio cd. what if all my mp3s are in a folder? i want to convert all the bitrates to 192 for better quality. what kind of program can do that?

Once the file is compressed into an mp3, you can not get that quality back.

you can't make badly encoded mp3s sound better. you're gonna have to redownload better versions.

yeah that is true. i bought my first cd recently and havent done that in a while. listened to cd and wow! so clean....

true. although if i had the cd i'd probably just listen to that rather than reencode it especially if for in car use.
