and if over 50% of voters approved the laws in a state how is it in a democracy the goverment can dictated the laws

Only way I see 50% actually voting for it is if they had a pot head with a shirt that says "vote for weed or else" at each place of voting with him holding a club LOL. Just like the gay marriage bs. The minority thinks the more they kick and scream it would appear they have more on their side.

Meh, for the fact of it I don't even have a problem with all drugs being legalized, if a person wants to destroy their body and their life then that should be on them, and if we pay off our national debt and cut taxes to almost zero in the process over a few decades then thats just another plus.

Not at all true, I took an E pill and tried coke long before the first time I ever smoked pot (im 100% clean of everything now, good choice on my part)
