its a free country we should be able to put anything we want in our bodies even heroin , heroin isnt good at all, but is our right, plus the war on drugs is never going to work because after someone on the top gets caught someone is always there to take the head of the operation

As someone whos family has been a victim of MJ overdose I ask you to please think long term and see the big picture on what making MJ legal would do to this country and more importantly how far it will set back your children and kids of the future who will have to deal with the repercussions of our bad decisions. I think anyone with a clear head will see that this will only be another step in the direction of bringing our great country to its knees and in the long term will lead to our demise of us as the super power of the world.

and if over 50% of voters approved the laws in a state how is it in a democracy the goverment can dictated the laws
