What ohm rating

I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 360a2 amp. I am going to run a single 10 inch IDQ sub. I can do the wiring, I just need to know what ohm rating I need at the amplifier (400 watt max sub, amp is pushing over 360 and I am going for SQ if that matters). I can get 2, 4, or 8 ohms at my amp. So, which, if any, is better? I am new at this, so if you dont mind to explain this a little so I will know. Thank you.

Yea, I have had that rf page. I think my amp is 2 ohm stable (per channel) but 4 ohm bridged. I was thinking i need the dual 2 ohm voice coils to run at a 4 ohm load as you said, just need to make sure that is the best way to go. Thank you.
