What mono should I get for my DCON 12 in

I've got a pioneer 4300ub HU with a crescendo1000c4 amp hooked up to front and rear Alpine SPS 600c components, I plan to run a distribution block for a second mono amp for my SSA DCON 12 inch 300watt D4 sub. What is a decent cheap mono amp I could get for good, loud sound quality ?

How do you guys feel about a Alpine V-Power MRP-M450 $125 which can supply 2 ohms: 400W x 1 to power my sub

i got a powerbass asa 600.1 which is 600 watts rms at 2 ohms for 125 plus shipping only 6 months old ,still 6 months on the warranty

Anyone have any feedback on if a brand new Alpine V-Power MRP-M450 for 125 or this powerbass used for 125 is a better deal for my 300w rms D4 DCON 12 inch. How about an Orion 600d or a JBL 600.1
