What Kinda Amp For A Svc 3 Ohm Sub?

ws wondering what kinda amps i would be able to hook up to this sub? shoot some ideas and prices if possible plz! also whats the lowest ohm load i could get with this sub?

if it is a single voice coil (im assuming jl) then it can only be 3 ohms.
