What Kind of Subs Are These?

Hi, I got two 10 inch subwoofers from a friend. Ones been over driven by how it has no bass yet it knocks.

It says its precision power on it but I cant find it anywhere. I am trying to find out the specs on them.

What I know about the subwoofer:

10 Inch.

4 Ohm single voicecoil.

Says 300 watts on the back.

Says precision power on it. Yet I cannot find this anywhere.

Yeah but then what do I do with it. I just keep em. Iv got 2 trashed amps. I don't really throw anything away.
