what kind of speakers to get

i am building a car audio system and have the sub and sub amp out of the way so now i want better speakers to go with it. whats the best reasonably priced way to do it?

i know a little about components and coaxial speakers. i listen to mostly hip hop or electronic. my system is not so well balanced right now. my hu is a pioneer deh-p3900mp. its a cheapy but it works for now. any suggestions?

im limited to 5x7 options, or at least thats what size the speakers in it now are.

Try and fit a 6.5 in there by making a speaker ring to fit it

sweet!!! thanx for the advice, had already heard of the rsd65cs components, have never had components though... is the crossover pretty self explanitory, or do i need to do some research. i have never ran anything but a sub amp so...

crossover is self explanatory. people here really recommend rainbow components also. cost probably like 170 or so

More so in the $280-330 range.

it's pretty easy, you have wires from the amp going to the crossover, then from the crossover to the tweeter and the woofer. it's pretty easy really.

ok cool, those pg's will handle 150 rms at 4 ohms? the specs say 60 rms each, is that 60 for mid woofer and 60 for tweet?
