I blew my crippled 12" Lanzar OPTI 1234D:laugh:. By crippled I mean the dustcap blew off when I first got it put on the AP1500D, the spider came almost completely loose from the basket and I ended up using Goop to "fasten" it to the basket.

Anyways, what kind of recone could be possible for this sub?

Little it of info from here: Lanzar Car Audio

I know basically nothing about reconing and what would fit. If the bolt holes is right I would not mind changing to like a generic 12-spoke basket to open my options up for more recones. I would really like to get a D2 that could handle 1500RMS or at worse a D4 that will take 900RMS.

Thanks,

Brian

PM'd him to see what he could do. I just recalled a few guys on here doing small recones and having different parts such as woofercooker and sackett, figured they might chime in, guess I should PM them.

that dosent look like a impressive motor by any means..
x2. If you REALLY wanted a recone, I'd just take some measurements, then send them to one of the aforementioned people to see if they would sell you a drop-in recone kit. Have you tried contacting Lanzar directly?
