what kind of headlight replacement bulb?

Ok both of my headlights went out within the past 2 days so I have to get some new replacement bulbs. I was looking at them online on the O'Reillys website.

What is the difference between a high composite and low composite bulb?

Also I noticed there was some bulbs that said: halogen, halogen capsule, trueview capsule and then others did say any of these. Whats the difference between these?

The new SilverStar Ultras are badass. Going to get them here soon. I like my SilverStars but the Ultras are a little brighter.

im not lookin to spend too much on my headlights because they seem to go out pretty often. Im just wondering what the difference is between high and low composite. and then the halogen, halogen capsule, and trueview capsule.
