Ive actually got a Supertrapp on my Jeep Cherokee. But im probably going to retire it soon, my whole exhaust needs a revamp.

i like my flows they do ok. not the best but hey its the name . id get magna flow

for once I agree with Kove, magnaflow are all stainless construction, high quality product. They have a very distinct throaty tone. I havent used anything else the past 5 yrs

I have magna flow on my focus and it has a nice deep sound to it and is not to loud when you just idling through but give it some gas and it will let her rip!

Well, I want it loud but I dont want it squeaky like the Hondas. So i'm not getting a resonator or a shorty glasspack like those.
I dont have the 4slow either, I have the 6 cylinder 4.0liter engine. I was either thinking a 32'' long glasspack (the general rule is the longer it is the deeper the tone).So this is a pretty long glass pack. Longest they make is like a 42''.

See, that would be the cheapest way to go. The way I really want to go is either the Flowmaster Super 40, or Dynomax Ultraflow. Either of those will be about $90 where as the glasspack is like... $30.

Ran it like that because the tailpipe was rotten when I got it and I couldn't get a new one before Air care, so straight pipe it went.

Don't go with a glass pack. Beleive me, I went with 3 different exhausts before I went back to the straight pipe again. I eventually was going to go with a 40 series but the glass pack, Turbo and 50 series that I had on it were just too quiet. The glasspack was actually too ricey for me and surprisingly quiet. The tone was too smooth. No rumble.

inline 6 = 4slow. fyi.

but yea....any exhaust in the inline 6 generally sounds like crap. i'd skip this mod.

Since his I6 is a 4.0, then yes, I'm pretty sure his reference to it being the 4-slow was to this particular engine.

My cousin has a mid 80s jeep with the 4.0 inline 6 and has split headers and TRUE dual exhaust with flowmaster 40s and that bish sounds like a 350 running open headers...

It sounds sick, just listening to it you would think theres a big *** V8 under the hood

Id go with that but thats JMO
