What kind of 6 1/2" would anyone recommend for around $100 to $150 a pair. I like the Pioneer TSA 1767 oversized. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

you could just get a pair of CDT CL 61s....they are comps, but are only 150!!!! Crazy good deal, I'm glad that I got mine.

Consider MB Quart DSC-216 6 1/2" components. They are $109 from thezeb.com and sound great in my 350Z!
