Not that context seems to matter a whit to you, but when he said this in February of 2020, there were less than FOURTEEN cases in the United States.

FOURTEEN among 330 MILLION people. Would it really have made sense for everyone to mask up at the time? Do you close your windows when rain is predicted for California?
