When the 5,000 deaths from the vaccine happen because a MILLION or more lives are saved, it's the greater good. Kind of like the polio vaccine that save millions from horrible disfigurement and death, even though it came at great expense to many when there were vaccine failures.

Yes, a burden on society. I am concerned for our economic future and our ability to recover from this pandemic in the short term.
