Then watch the unedited video, which is much longer, and tell me if you still think Trump was inciting an insurrection to overthrow the government to stop the votes or whatever you claim he was doing. compare the unedited video on Jan 6th to the many unedited videos of government democrats calling for violence and unrest and tell me both sides were doing the same thing.

Biden's Admin. continues to push mandates on the citizens of these United States all while allowing people to walk right on across our southern boarder. In the same press conference Psaki tells the reporter the boarder is closed then says they are continuing to enforce "restrictions" at the boarder but fully allows a woman to cross the boarder without testing for COVID and all the woman has to do is say she is pregnant. She doesn't even have to take a pregnancy test. Psaki then says to the reporter that she isn't aware that a pregnant woman poses a threat to our boarder communities.
So apparently a woman is not capable of having COVID, being a criminal, being a terrorist as long as she says she is pregnant. If she says she is pregnant we will just wave her on in without a second thought. So the Biden Admin. can be this stupid and lax about letting people cross our boarder but want to mandate the hell out of U.S. Citizens. That's a really strange policy... let as much COVID and as many potential criminals or terrorist into the country as we can but make mandates and demands of our own citizens. Again I have to ask you, what the hell is in it for our Government to allow this to happen??? I promise you, the United States Government is not in the business of philanthropy. They aren't doing anything unless they think they can profit somehow.

You are blaming Trump in your hypothetical, NOT testifying to what he testified to you. Blaming him for your action is a testimony, not “hearsay”. It is also an accusation that you would be required to prove. Maybe like a video where he says “Go out and steal stuff like they stole the vote! Figuratively, of course!”
If you said “Trump told me he saw her steal the candy bar”, it’s hearsay because it is not direct testimony from Trump. And it has pretty much no value in a legal matter when done singularly.
You’re also missing the difference between “incite” and “order” or “command”. It is possible to incite people to action without giving a direct command. I can look at someone and essentially “tell” them to move without even saying a word.

Some people had magnets stick to their arms after receiving the injections. There's literally tons of videos about it. One of my family members who works at a hospital had a fridge magnet stick to her arm at the injection location soon after getting the vaccine, even with that spot covered in baby powder. The CDC lies, stop believing them. They don't care about you, at all. You're a fool if you think they are always a credible source of information.
