If murder was his only charge and he didn't actually kill anyone, nope. He was also in prison for conspiracy to commit murder. Being that it is against the law, this is what he should have been in prison for. Being that his group consisted of more than two people and he admitted in being a part of the planning of the murders it is considered conspiracy. Conspiracy to commit murder should have bee his only charge. To wit, Life in prison should have been the sentence.
