Nobody is arguing that. I am saying, why take the chance if you already had COVID. The Vax isn't needed but people are still pushing it like if you don't take it you will for sure die. It's misleading.

That’s thing is most people had a very low chance of dying from covid and people will have better immunity catching it then taking the vaccine, where vaccine immunity wears off very quickly, and then you’re more likely to get covid not long after getting the vaccine, then you have to get another dose! That’s why we’re up to 5 doses in less than 2 years for the vaccines! It’s absurd, it’s bad medical practicing, and it’s a cash cow.

I think that the vaccine reacts negatively for specific people. There is no way to know for sure which people until they take the vaccine.

I suspect that for the most part it's the same people whose immune systems go crazy with covid.

There is a punishment. The employer in this case bares the punishment for your action by allowing you to do it. They do not need to be aware of it for it to be illegal. They just have to had profited by your actions. This does not mean monetarily.

You said I would be testifying in front of a judge and prosecuting attorney (since they wouldn’t accept my “fast talk”).
I would only have to do so if I was defending myself for breaking a law.

I wouldn’t be defending myself in court if I was going after my employer for not paying me, and my employer wouldn’t be going after me in court if I worked hours without reporting them.

Again, you are doing anything you can to prove your feelings on the law are correct.

There is no evidence that you more likely to covid not long after you get the vaccine. Has it been a cash cow - yes. It also probably saved 10s of thousands of lives during the Delta surges. If one thing has a 1% chance of killing me and another has a .0027% chance of killing me, it's not a hard choice IMHO. I think it's pretty unrealistic to think that either govt's or the medical industry should have sat idly by and let this thing run it's course. That course of action probably would have doubled the death toll.
