So you have a problem with religious laws that may affect your life is it safe to say you uphold that standard when it comes to other life style choices and laws made for them affecting other people's lives... or do you only care about the laws that affect your life?
Can you rewrite that in sentence form?

Except when the law says you any do it, which current anti-discrimination laws do. Why judges make rulings that are contrary to law, and why those rulings are upheld, is beyond me. Might as well not have the law.

Just because a company is publicly traded, does not mean publicly owned. As a shareholder in BP, I don’t get to decide whether they will build a gas station in my city or not, or who they are going to hire to work for the company.

BINGO again. As soon as I am forced to live my life based on someone else’s religion, BIG problem.
If we are going to have laws in place to please the Christian god, then why not laws in place to please the Muslim god?
Imagine if they said tomorrow that all women in the US must wear a burqa to please the Muslim god.
The religious right would go apeshit. Yet, they have no problem with anti-gay laws to please their Christian god.
Hypocrites.

When you have a company that is traded with no one owning 51% of the shares or more, I wouldn’t call that a private company. Even if we agree that 12 people sitting on a board combined own 51% or more, make it’s a private company. We must treat it the same exact way and respect the new owners decisions even if we don’t like them. I’m also fine with something as long as things are fair and balanced.

This countries founders believed in GOD and that mention of GOD is everywhere. From our money, to each state’s constitution, to the Declaration of Independence, and many other things. It’s a part of america with the majority of 63% being Christian. If you believe in democracy you must believe in the majority. Sometimes I wish we were an all out democracy, half the crap going on wouldn’t even be happening. We are a constitutional republic, with each state having its own democracy which we combine in a way to represent the interests of the people in this country more fairly.

So you have a problem with religious laws that may affect your life?
Yes.
Is it safe to say you uphold that standard when it comes to other life style choices and laws made for them?
Yes.
Do you only care about the laws that affect your life?
No.
Is that better Rob? Does your brain hurt less now?
What can I say? I’m a fan of our language, and find it easier to read when the rules are followed.

God wasn't added to coins till 1864 and paper money until 1957 though. I.e In God We Trust.

A lot of the founding fathers were Deists as well which people seem to forget. Some were Protestant, some were Orthodox Christian. But they knew that religion had no business being in government they fled those countries because of that, well one of the reasons anyways.

The comma is used in place of the word AND. Hey, you're right!!! Our language IS fun!!
Try reading the sentence without the word “and”. Tell us how it would make sense.

Your suggestion: What can I say? I’m a fan of our language, find it easier to read when the rules are followed.

Huh?
