Why does that make one an idiot or gullible? I think it probably got out of the lab myself, but it is certainly probable that it jumped from bat to humans. Bats do venture out nightly. Is it really anymore likely that the virus got out of a controlled lab than it is that made the jump from bat to humans? That's why the flu will always be with us - it jumps from animals to humans and vice versa. That's why Covid will be with us, it jumps from animals to humans and vice versa - remember the great mink slaughters? They've documented Covid in zoo animals and wild deer. The virus jumping from animal to humans is not an unlikely scenario.

Yeah, you're probably right and coincidence is just a grouping of letters. There is a lab, in China, working on COVID viruses. Pay that no mind because the most likely scenario is that this virus jumped from a bat to humans at the same time they are working with this virus making it stronger and more likely to infect humans. But he had to come from a bat because we can't hold a bat accountable now can we.

Some actually try to push opinion as fact. It’s why in every post I make now I put “in my opinion” to be clear. My opinion is solely based on my opinion. I personally don’t really care how the rona got started, what I do know is it started in China and in my opinion it’s their fault and they should reimburse, no wait even better, pay “reparations” to every country who had to economically suffer cause of their actions (this will never happen though ).

I never said it was most likely to have jumped from a bat. We have no way to measure which is more likely, but it strikes me that it isn't highly unlikely to have jumped from a bat. I don't get you "anti-vax" guys. One post is about how the vax was unnecessary, the virus wasn't that bad, the stats were pumped up, etc. Now it's the only way a virus this strong could have happened was in a lab. What lab did previous pandemics escape from? It's a natural process for viruses to mutate in more infectious variants; the virus in question is still doing that.

Opinion isn't fact, but I would hope that people's opinions are shaped by facts. Unfortunately, it's my opinion that most people's opinions are not shaped by facts.
