Two way street here, you should have been proactive and have done something about that hole on your side of the yard. Neightbors fence or not it is your right to seal off your side of the property.

***** you lost your animals but you could have avoided it, if they neighbor is being a **** and "busting" holes in his own fence build your own on your side of it and if he breaks that one down call the cops for destruction of property.

From what I gathered, he didn't know about the hole until it was too late. The hole was created some time between 8 and 9 when he noticed the dogs gone.

I got that vibe too but something just doesn't add up, If this was a "one" time event why would the neighbor be so pissed about it and why would he know exactly what the Op was looking for when he went to said neighbors door. It seems like one or two things, This hole has been there for awhile and the dogs come and go though it when they go outside or this guy has it out for the op and his pets and is just being a prick.

Or the third option that I suggested that these dogs while innocent looking (like most are) are actually louod annoying ******* pests (like most are) for the majority of the day and he'd finally had it.

I can agree with that, Took my neightbor 4 months to finally tell me that my garage stereo was a little on the loud side at times when I test amplifiers, but never kicked a hole in my garage door to let the amplifiers out!

Only retarded dogs get run over bro. And they're just dogs bro. It isn't like they have feelings. My dog doesn't bark unless someone is at the door. That is a trained behavior for security. It doesn't make a peep when it is outside. Why do you think it is normal for yours to bark? When I have a problem with my neighbors because they're doing something faggy, I don't confront them. That's how stupid shit like this thread happens. That's what the police are for. Just this last summer I had a guy across the street with his horn honking stuck on at about 10PM for 30 minutes. Did I go over and beat his door down? Nope, I called the police and told them that someone was beinig a fuck up. They solved the problem in five minutes and the neighbor was warned about parking pieces of shit in my neighborhood.
