What is wrong with my amp?

I have a Kicker DX350 pushing two Comp VR 10's in a 2002 Mustang GT. My friend and I took the system out to run some time trials and then we put it all back in later that day. After it was all installed again I went to turn on the car and it would not work. I checked every fuse, wire, etc. The power light comes on and the protection light does not come on so I don't understand why it is not working. How do I go about correcting this problem? And what is the possible problem with my amp? Any help would be appreciated.

only thing I can think of is make sure you have a solid ground connection. use a bolt in the car instead of putting a screw in there on your own (if this was done).
