**** i hate people that gets subs just to be "heard", i hate kids that stop at a light and blast their shitty xplods from best buy, then i am forced to turn my system up so they cant hear theirs, makes me feel good about myself lol..

and if u want it to be heard just remove ur trunk door its makes it so much louder outside\..

How do people have subs that at lower volumes than mine can be heard very far away? What is the trick? I have a ported 10" mtx thunder 7500 and inside the car it sounds really loud, even with it so loud it hurts my ears when you are outside the bass doesn't even travel at all. what is the secret to having that clear bass that travels a long way while inside the car it isn't at some insane hearing-loss level?

IMO why pay all the money just to have everyone else listen to your music, and piss them off in the process.

Heres an idea, take out your front windshield. Oh and just because you park in a garage doesn't mean you wont get your shit yanked. I had a friend that had his entire system ripped off, while in a locked garage, while they were home. If someone wants it bad enough, they'll get it.

For the original poster: There is absolutely no reason to have others hear your system. Other than while at comps. All it does is make things harder on us. (the people who respectfully bump). The Noise Ordinance laws are fuc*kin rediculous. 25ft outside the vehicle. And at $74.50 per ticket, it gets expensive. So do us all a favor and dont try t make your system louder outside. Theres really no point in it. Unless you plan on doing drive by SPL.

But judging by earlier posts....there really is no getting anything through your hard head. And you are not very "mature", if you want to be heard outside of the car. It just shows how dumb you are. How much you want your shit to get stolen. And how ignorant you are.
