What is the difference between all of these wires?

Generally anything below 1/0 is OFC. CCA was made as an alternative to OFC since OFC wiring is quite expensive ($3/ft can add up real quick). CCA usually costs about 2/3 less than OFC. CCA 1/0 can handle 250A, OFC can handle 300A. Unless you are running anything in excess of 3,000w, you will be fine using CCA. OFC is only necessary for larger systems, imo.

I'll be sticking with CCA then. Thank you for your input everyone. ALSO, I notice that the KLMX cable is pretty **** cheap, what is the difference between this and the KCA?

I would just get the Kolossus Flex. You will never worry about your wire. Ever. Something might not be right, so you can immediately say that the wire has nothing to do with it.
You make it sound like CCA is inferior to OFC. Aside from the point that it carries 50A less, the performance is still there and it's not any worse than OFC. If the OP is running under 3k he can run CCA without any issues. Running OFC under 3k is just a waste of money
