I made almost all of my boxes with a battery skill saw lol but now i have access to a $5k table saw. Any table saw will work provided you set it up correct...If you have a table saw, then it should be no problem for you. I've seen guys use battery powered rotary saws to make boxes. I've used an electric rotary saw to make two boxes myself.
Like people have said, use a straghtedge or a clamping tool guide to trace out all your pieces. Cut the big ones first and then see what you can salvage out of the remaining pieces.
