What is the best multi vitamin on the market?

FYI.....there are like 3-4 bulk suppliers in the world that make vitamins, etc... they're all just renamed by the specific company selling them, so don't waste your $$$ on name brands.
This is true. They are drug manufacturers, actually. There's not much seperation between the chemical industry and the drug industry. Thank YOU, FDA. Totally corrupt organization.

The raw supplies for these "vitamins" are bought from chemical and petrol companies. That means coal tar derivatives and plastic residues.

Your minerals are mostly sourced the same although they do use quite a bit of rock.

Never seen a human made to run on chemicals and rocks. Do they exist?

Name one food that has every vitamin you need. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Sorry for the bad news.

The good news is that you can go to Costco and by like 5-6 pounds of calcium carbonate (chalk) for like $8. Hell, they'll even throw some detergent and dyes in there for no additional charge. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

Under a microscope, a vitamin is actually a living thing with multiple parts. A vitamin from food, that is. Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C? Yea, just like the air you breathe is 100% oxygen, right. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Mega mens sport is the best, and is what im taking. Animal Pak is what I was taking before and u basically just piss every bit out. Take it and you will know what I mean. You can buy mega mens at your local GNC and its like 40 bucks for a 3 month supply.

I've actually had experience with one brand (not sure if they rebadge like said in the earlier post) and it was top notch stuff. It was suggested to me by my biology professor when I was going to community college. Dr. Fertig. One of the best professors I've had.

Anyhow, after an extensive search, I refreshed my memory of the Brand, Quantrum Rx. If I had the extra funds to invest in my health, I'd go w/ them.

I believe my professor took about a handful of various products from them, and he's probably about 80 or older. He didn't need notes when lecturing and never sneezed or coughed.

He had connects and I got some Quantum products from him for myself and my cousin. My cousin was the type to have like 50 allergy attacks at a day, sneezing and having itchy eyes. So I got him a months supply of multi-vits (greens) and colostrum... he didn't have ONE allergy attack that month.

After his supply was gone, he was all fucked up w/ allergies again. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

/serious post in the lounge.

The "best" vitamin pills/caps are low potency food-grade and are usually grown in specific kinds of yeast and then harvested. No such thing as a "cheap" vitamin.

Why is their toxicity associated with high doses of vitamin supplements? How many oranges does it take to OD on Vitamin C?

I usually never share my secretes, but oh well...like who's going to pay for these anyway, right? Even then, you're still buying the best of the "crap".... http://www.alohabay.com/botani/index.html
