What is the best multi vitamin on the market?

Reason being is because im going on the Atkins diet and need a good multivitamin that is the best for the cheapest price . Also im going to order a huge amount so bulk order is is good. Kove i would look at what you what for vitamin needs and either buy seperate since your planning on buying bulk so that you dont end up taking too much of the fat soluble vitamins and you can get in more water soluble ones.

If your dead set on a all in one multi i would yet again look at the contents. Vitamins are not a one size fits all despite popular belief. I take mine separately so i can take several times Recommended daily dose of the ones i want.

look into other things than a multivit. some good BCAA's, fish oil caps or liquid, and maybe a genric multi if you want to.

I could highly suggest looking into fish oil as well as flaxseed oil all depending on cost but fish oil is decently cheap and a big help. but i was trying to just stick on the vit part of it.

what would you recomend? product wise

Costco brand or w\e wal-mart even works currently i have all costco brand just because of the card. it is alot cheaper to buy everything by itself then it is to get a multi. I would then suggest picking up a large multi divided container and just dump several weeks worth at a time into the sections. Makes it alot easier then opening 6-10 bottles a few times a day and packing little baggies for work.

I use a simple plastic box for mine, its ment to hold screws and such works great.
