What is the best for the money?

recently i had my subs stolen and i plan on getting a single 12" or 15" subwoofer. im looking to spend between 200 and 250 dollars. less is fine too. It needs to have high sound quality and good low end extension. It also needs to be decently loud, but sq is more important. I want it to accurately reproduce music and hit quickly. my amplifier puts out 1000w rms (bench tested). What are your suggestions?

I don't know at what impedance you need, but you could get a IXL if it is at 4 ohms... 2 mj 18s if it is at 4 ohms... or 2 maw15s if it is at 1 or 4 ohms...

Can get all of these for inside your budget easily...

ive not really heard great things about mach 5 sq wise. so i think ill skip those. and id go with an 18 if i could be shown it was fast enough to reproduce music accurately.

are there any online retailers for fi or dd? or do you have to buy direct?
