I'm sure you will all think I'm pretty lucky after reading this...I was with a friend once visiting his brother that lived with his aunt about 110 miles away from my house. We pulled into the driveway of a nice house and the garage was door was opened. My eyes were immediately drawn to the sub box on the garage floor with two grayish colored 12's mounted in it. I went and looked at the box and it was a high end subzero box with 2 type R 12's mounted in it with a rockford fosgate 1500 watt amp mounted on the back with monster cable wiring. I asked the lady that owned the stuff how much she wanted for it (thinking it would be way out of my price range) she said "well i payed over 1000 for that stuff but I know it's not worth that anymore". then she said it was only a year old and that she would take 100 bucks and no less...Lets just say this....I went on another 110 mile road trip theeee next weekend and got my self a dope system for CHEAP.

this may give you a lil hint on how good this deal was....I sold the amp on ebay for 230 dollars...7 days after i bought all that stuff I had all my money back plus 100+ profit and 2 dope subs in a dope box.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of car audio related deals.

Here is a better deal then my car audio stuff that i came accross.

one time i picked up a fully functional KLH home theater system with 5 speakers and a sub for $6.38 cents at a goodwill. KLH was selling the system for 450.00 from there website and ebay was selling them for around 130 average used cost.

I don't happen to be that lucky but one of my friends will buy something from a distributor, sell it to a customer forl lets say $150, buy it back the next day for $50 and sell it again for $160. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen.

I thought I got a killer deal the last time I bought a baseball glove.

I had had my eye on an A2000 at a local sporting goods store for $123 which wasn't a bad price -- $150+ in a lot of stores. Just didn't want to spend that much. A month or two later I went in - the glove was still there but the price tag was gone so I asked them to look up the price. They said $39.99...I'll take it.

You guys didn't get good deals, you robbed people!

I've got $300 combined in my Zed 100.4 and 1000.1D optis...I thought THAT was a good deal.

i got my last truck for 11k under sticker. and only lost like 500 bucks on it when i sold it, even after the lift and everything else on it, stereo was out though.
