What im gonna need to start building boxes for people.

Ok, so being i have a lot of free time now, and i realize i have a some talent with working with wood, im wanting to start making boxes for people.

First off i need to know what tools ill be needing. I have a great table saw, which just needs a new pulley being its ~40 years old or so. I have a skill saw, drill, screwdriver, clamps and just about everything im pretty sure id need. The one thing i dont have is a plunge router, i have a fixed base(which is adjustable, but you have to loosen the wing nut and adjust it from there), is a plunge router absolutely necessary? I could use a jigsaw but mine is on its way out and im not the greatest at making holes with it.

Second is how much should i charge? I know im wanting a little money for the time and effort plus wear and tear on my tools, but im not horribly greedy and money isnt an issue for me at the moment. As far as experience ive made about 6 boxes completely by myself, and 3 with help from my dad. Designing is easy for me now too being ive been doing that for awhile now.

Im needing suggestions for a name too, so throw them in as well. My last name is Timm, if it matters.

If you are going to be selling boxes than yes I would highly recommend a plunge router and circle cutting attachment.

Im gonna keep my eye out for a router at auctions. last time i went i got a Sony HU (below the ES line, but the same era), two BNIB Pioneer 6x9s, two BNIB Pioneer 6.5 mids.
