What Hillary Clinton Does NOT want you to know.

Look, as a voter its your responsibility to know your candidates. You've admitted that you have a problem now trying not to rely on most American media or Jay Leno is even a better start.
i wasnt saying that i rely on them....like i have said i dont really pay attention to politics much...it doesnt interest me and im very young....just started this whole voting thing......i was just merely stating that for a man running for president i would of expected a better interview....i would of expected him to be a little more prepared when he knew he was going to be on a forum where ur typical 20 something voter would see him....thats all....just thought he did a poor job...

Alright I understand. But do you really think politicians going in depth on their beliefs is a way to spur ratings for the network? They have a couple of minutes, so its all surface material. So sadly, thats why you go on MSNBC or even for the shit of it, Fox news.

To the Clinton haters:

He left the treasury with a 236 billion dollar surplus. Unemployment was at an all-time low. We actually had allies.

yes that sounds good but just recently i lost my job due to foreign trade.....i went to a meeting last week where the government told me that because we started importing more than we were exporting the government started the TAA program which means they feel sorry for the manufacturing industry so much that your tax dollars are going to be spent on me so i can go to college free of charge to learn a new trade.....oh and ill be collecting 90 percent of my pay while doing it...... thanks for your contribution........ pretty much all thanks to NAFTA

Wow, and you lost your job because of foreign trade back when Clinton was in office? Nope. Outsorcing and horrid foreign trade relations and national debt due to incompetence of a man named Bush? Most certainly.

it was because of the nafta agreement being signed that cause the issue...personally im happy for it.....otherwise id probably stuck in some dead end factory job for the rest of my life.....now i have a free ticket through college and ill get paid to do it.......im only 24....it came at a perfect time!!!!

the gov rep at the meeting said it was due to our poor import/exporting practices over the last 15 years.....i mean basic economics...when you import more than you export you lose money......

oh and manufacturing in this country has been dying since.....well since i was born...fyi bush may be a moron but we cant blame everything on him....

i'll vote for anyone that decides to take care of americans before giving to other countries. hardworking americans go without healthcare yet we send aid to Africa??? WTF

Oh, I know the manufacturing sector is horrible these days, and has been for quite some time. NAFTA, in theory, should have been beneficial to our country, however, it's implementation has been less than that. Add on top of it Bush and companies spending habits, and you get the current state of American economics.

Not trying to say Bush is all to blame, but he's got a helluva lot of the blame squarely on his shoulders. I can't even say that really, since we, the poor/middle class tax paying Americans are the ones who are going to be making it up. I hope you learn Mandarin in your college classes, you and I are going to be needing it if China calls in our debt.

I dont hate the Clintons, Mr. Slobootheknob was actually quite hilarious. Overall compared to either of the Bushes he didnt do too bad. Hillary however I just dont like, not to mention what she did was (and still is) illegal.

I can understand that, I hate politics as well. Probably more so then yourself, you'll find yourself getting pissed off just paying some attention to it. The fact is though, what those morons up top do, will effect you and everyone you know. As far as Ron Paul goes, do a search on the other candidates. Find someone you might possibly like over the others. You'd be surprised at how retarded this group of people are. I dont think Ron Paul is the perfect candidate, and im sure a lot of the things he wants to do arnt too realistic.

It is however a step in the right direction, Bush and Cheney might as well have wiped their *** with the constitution & our rights. They were supposed to uphold and defend the constitution, but instead we get the Patriot act II. Sad to say, a lot of people dont even know what the Patriot acts do. People are usually shocked when they find out just how far reaching they really are.

i'll vote for anyone that decides to take care of americans before giving to other countries. hardworking americans go without healthcare yet we send aid to Africa??? WTF
Aid to Africa isnt something id worry about, they actually need it. No argument about Americans needing it too, the bigger issue is Israel. You are aware that we send them $3 billion USD every year right? In "aid" , and in turn a lot of that $ ends up back in our congress through AIPAC lobbyist. 50% of the $ congress receives is through AIPAC lobbyist, $ that came for OUR tax $$. THAT, is a bigger problem then Africa. IMO, thats like we're paying Israel to control our foreign policy.

An even bigger problem is that several countries are now strongly considering changing their currency over to the Euro due to how weak the $ has become. Thats what started the Iraq issue, when Saddam changed over the the Euro it hit the dollar. He may as well have dropped a WMD, same thing. One of the worlds top oil producing companies dropping the USD is a problem.

Why do you think Bush had it changed back to the USD the moment we got there? However other countries are there now, im sure Iran is one of them. Same goes for Saudi, China, and Russia. A reduction in demand over the USD that large isnt going to have any positive effects here in the US.

i saw the family guy with bill clinton last night. where peter and clinton smoke a joint and ride around in the limo. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif funny shit.

hillary wont get my vote....if i do vote at all.

wrong, as the USD devalues, our exports become cheaper and increases US production.

ok , so tell me something thats worth listening too....something that actually makes sense..
consider leaving this thread before it gets ugly.

some study in the paper suggested that 1 of every 4 homeless people is a Veteran. Give em some margin of error, say 1 in 10? Why is immigration such a topic.

Happy Veterans Day

care to elaborate...i mean on leno all i heard him say was what the crowd wanted to hear....he wanted no income tax, less government, troops immediately brought home.....dont you think small government and no income tax sounds like a great idea but wouldnt someone have tried that in the last 150 years? honestly i know nothing about him and dont really get into politics much im just commenting on what i saw on that one show......even leno was a little baffled at the things he said....leno actually stopped asking him quesitons and just started laughing at him ha ha

i think pulling out the troops now would be a complete slap in the face to the iraqi people we were trying to "liberate" and to the americans that have already died there.... and personally id much rather fight the inevitable iran, united states war there..... i dont want my neighborhood to look like a war zone....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Ron Paul has an actual idea behind it though. income taxes dont amount to nearly as much of this nations money as one would think.

getting rid of all income taxes right now, would bring us to having the same budget that we did in 2000. his idea is, why **** the people for tax money, when we can easily thrive off the same budget we had in 2000 without it?

most candidates say this or that to try to get a vote, but give no ideas as to why it can be done.
