You'd be surprised by just how much they don't want us over there. How is it doing them an injustice if they want us to leave? Or how about the injustice towards the troops that will sadly be killed between now and the time we do finally pull out? I'm sure they want to be over there so bad...

well i honestly dont feel bad for troops as of right now...anyone who signs up for the military KNOWS they are going to war....ive had a couple friends come back from there and they said there honest opinion is about 50/50 of the people that do and dont want us there.......they said there are honestly still people there that dont really understand whats going on, people that think saddam is still alive and in power....i mean its not like it is here where we get updates on the war like we get football scores....

you gotta ask yourself, if you woke up tomorrow and there was a tank outside ur window youd be pretty pissed too....someone standing at ur door saying were here to help...were going to change ur entire life as you know it but trust us were doing it to better your country....how would you react.....not good i bet...... all ur life your leader is telling you how terrible united states is and one day they show up at your door saying were here to help...i wouldnt trust us either

care to elaborate...i mean on leno all i heard him say was what the crowd wanted to hear....he wanted no income tax, less government, troops immediately brought home.....dont you think small government and no income tax sounds like a great idea but wouldnt someone have tried that in the last 150 years? honestly i know nothing about him and dont really get into politics much im just commenting on what i saw on that one show......even leno was a little baffled at the things he said....leno actually stopped asking him quesitons and just started laughing at him ha ha

Ron Paul is one of the few men who still try to follow the constitution. IMO, thats one of the most patriotic things a politician can do. We've been living in mud for so long that when something clean comes along we shun it.

First of all, it's not just troops who are signing up for the military as of recently. It is soldiers who have already been sent over there once or twice. You say that most of the people over there are confused and don't know what's going on and we essentially scare them. Well, maybe there is a ****ing better way to actually help a country out than showing up with an assload of tanks, planes, and bombs? You know, perhaps a more diplomatic approach. You only help strengthen my argument for needing to get troops out of there.

ok , so tell me something thats worth listening too....something that actually makes sense.....to say i wanna get rid of income tax and gut the government is just unrealistic......he kept saying these things, the crowd would cheer, leno would ask him how are these ideas going to work.....instead of answering the question and giving an example he smiled and kept babbling about things he was going to do....

honestly if he would of even given a tiny bit of an example as to how no income tax would work, hell for the voter like me that doesnt really watch cnn, cnbc, fox news etc. that would of been a good forum to change my vote....to me he just looked like an idiot and made no sense at all.....the entire interview looked like a kid running for student council and saying he was going to get the cafeteria to serve candy everyday and get mondays and fridays off.....

He left the treasury with a 236 billion dollar surplus. Unemployment was at an all-time low. We actually had allies.

So the best alternative to the diplomatic way is accumulating what is probably the largest amount of debt ever seen by one country in history? And just for the hell of it, we'll mix in a bunch of political scandals and corrupt, greedy politicians as well.
